  • Remote call centre - renewables line (call divert at pre-arranged or busy periods).
  • Remote 2Serv Access.
  • Site creation and product registration.
  • GB “Passport” handling.
  • Installer & Householder technical support.
  • GB renewables job arrangement – commissioning, service, repair.

 

3.     Additional (limited) breakdown visits – other products.

  • Site visit to verify reported product faults.
  • Occasional repair of affected products as appropriate (limited).

4.     Customer Care Supervisor.
