In order to validate the warranties provided in respect of your Warmflow product, it must be registered with us. The product must also have been installed and commissioned in accordance with the instructions provided with the product. Installation and commissioning must have been conducted by an OFTEC registered engineer. The product should be registered by returning the completed Commission Certificate (see Boiler Passport) to Warmflow. The installer of the appliance is responsible for completing the commissioning certificate of the OFTEC Boiler Passport and returning it to the manufacturer.
