Outdoor High Efficiency Condensing Boilers
All Warmflow High Efficiency Condensing Boilers easily exceed the minimum requirements of SEDBUK Band A, and therefore operate more economically in comparison to conventional boilers. Warmflow High Efficiency Condensing Boilers are suitable for use on most types of fully pumped heating and hot water systems and are ideal for systems that have been designed to operate with a low return water temperature i.e. under floor heating.
Incorporating the latest Riello RDB2.2 and 3.2 burners and an easy-clean front servicing secondary heat exchanger, with patent pending technology, Warmflow High Efficiency Condensing Boilers have been designed specifically with the needs of the installer and service engineer in mind.
For those occasions when internal space is limited, Warmflow Outdoor High Efficiency Condensing Boilers offer a flexible and easy to install outdoor option. All Warmflow Outdoor Boilers are fully self-contained in an insulated, weatherproof casing and are supplied complete with burner, thermostat and low-level flue system, including terminal guard.

The Warmflow High Efficiency Condensing Kabin Pak Series has been specifically designed to be compact and discreet. With models starting at only 900mm high and 413mm wide, the High Efficiency Condensing Kabin Pak Series is available in Standard, Pumped, System and Combi variants.

| High Efficiency Condensing Kabin Pak Series – Pumped (KPHE) |
The Kabin Pak Pumped Boilers (KPHE) are supplied with a pre-wired factory-fitted burner, thermostat and circulating pump. Only one IE320 mains socket (supplied) needs to be wired on site. They are also factory-fitted with a 3-Bar pressure relief valve and auto air vent as standard. The multi-optional low-level flue can be positioned to exhaust from the back, left or right hand side of the casing. The Kabin Pak Pumped Boilers allow for hassle free, quick and cost-effective installations.

High Efficiency Condensing Kabin Pak Series – System (KSHE) |
The Kabin Pak System Boilers (KSHE) are supplied as a kit, consisting of a Kabin Pak Pumped Boiler (KPHE) (see above) and a System Kit.
As described above, the Kabin Pak Pumped Boiler (KPHE) is supplied with a pre-wired factory-fitted burner, thermostat and circulating pump. Only one IE320 mains socket (supplied) needs to be wired on site. The multi-optional low-level flue can be positioned to exhaust from the back, left or right hand side of the casing.
The System Kit consists of a pre-assembled expansion vessel, pressure gauge and filling loop. A pressure hose for connection to the system is also supplied. The System Kit can be connected in only a few minutes creating a sealed heating system.
Models up to 120HE are supplied with System Kit SK1 having a capacity of 12 litres suitable for a maximum total system volume of 145 litres. Refer to BS7074 and the Boiler Manual for further guidance on expansion vessel sizing. |

The Kabin Pak Combi Boilers (KCHE) are compact and discreet, yet extremely powerful. Only 600mm wide they are capable of producing over 18 litres of hot water per minute. By utilising the latest twin pump technology and an integral thermal heat store within the boiler casing, the boiler is able to provide plenty of hot water when you need it, as well as helping to keep your heating costs to a minimum.

Where outputs above 44kW are required a Warmflow High Efficiency Condensing Boiler Cascade System is the ideal choice offering the same performance and installation benefits as the other boilers in our range, plus a lot more.

Consisting of two High Efficiency Kabin Pak Series Boilers operating together, the Warmflow Cascade System is inherently more efficient than a traditional single boiler installation however is still capable of achieving an equivalent output.
At times of low heating demand, only one boiler usually fires to keep the system hot once up to temperature. At times of high heating demand, both boilers fire together to provide their full combined output.
A Warmflow Cascade System is also more reliable than a traditional single boiler installation.
If a fault occurs on one boiler the other boiler is still able to provide hot water and some heating. Should a fault occur on one boiler it can be individually isolated from the electrical supply allowing the 2nd boiler to continue operating.
The Warmflow Cascade System is supplied as a pair of High Efficiency Condensing Boilers with a shopping list of additional required components and detailed instructions on how to plumb and wire the boilers together as a system. There are two Outdoor Cascade Systems available:
K225HE
- Consisting of two K120HE boilers
- Capable of achieving a range of outputs from 52 to 66kW
K300HE
- Consisting of two K150HE boilers
- Capable of achieving a range of outputs from 66 to 88kW
