At Warmflow we appreciate that for many this is a very difficult and challenging time. From the onset of the challenges posed by Corona Virus, the team at Warmflow has been working hard to ensure that we conduct our business in a manner which prioritises the safety of our customers and our staff.

Following the government’s recent announcement of nationwide restrictions, we can confirm that we are continuing to implement a number of safety enhancing measures which have been designed to ensure that we continue to supply you, our customers and homeowners with quality product keeping you supplied with heat and hot water.

We know that people's lives are being disrupted and the situation is changing quickly but we would like to take this opportunity to assure our customers that supply of product and support services will not be affected.

Sales support

Our field-based sales operatives continue to be available to assist with product support and advice over the phone and via email. However, if required they have been provided with further training, guidance and protective equipment for both face to face meetings in cases where a site visit for survey or support purposes is required.
