Submit Your EPC

Provide an up-to-date Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for your property. We'll conduct an initial sizing review. Note: If you require a heat pump with a larger output than 15kW, additional charges may apply.

Sign the Fit First Agreement

Once the initial sizing estimate is complete, sign the Warmflow Fit First agreement to proceed.

Receive Product Training

Attend a free training session at one of our UK training centres. Learn about installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the Zeno R290 heat pump.

Detailed Room-by-Room Sizing

Our team will complete a detailed room-by-room calculation to ensure the heat pump is correctly sized for your property.

Order and Delivery

The equipment will be ordered and delivered to your property, ready for installation.

Installation and Commissioning

During installation, our team will provide support and commission the heat pump system according to MCS requirements.

Register with Warmflow Connect

Complete your installation by signing up to Warmflow Connect to register your appliance and validate your warranty.

Installation Support Payment

Receive £1,000 installation support to cover any additional accessories you may have needed during the installation.
